Copper Ware
Item Details
A set of copper ware including a Revere copper kettle, a 1 1/2 pint pitcher and three miniature pitchers. All pieces have contrasting details in other metals (brass, tin). The kettle has a wood knob, the pitcher has a wood knob on the spout top and wood handle. The miniatures were made in England. The pitcher is marked,‘GBN’ in a diamond. It was made in Germany by Gebruder Bing of Nurnberg, Bavaria. This company was in business from 1863 until 1932.
Condition
Dents in 1 1/2 pint pitcher at base, damage at spout, resoldered handle. Minor dents in kettle, calcium deposits on interior.
