Antique French Enameled Pendulum Clock

Item Details

An antique French champlevé enameled pendulum clock with brilliants encircling the dial. The base and crown of the case and center of dial have enameled work in blue, navy, red, yellow and white. The metal brass tone dial has black Arabic numerals. The works are dated 1889 and have ‘S. Marti & Cie’ and ‘Medaille D’Argent’ (award winning) in a medallion on back. The back also has the numbers, ‘602 4 6’. When wound, the clock ticks and chimes. The clock is complete with a brass pendulum and key.

Condition

Beveled glass in front door chipped in bottom right corner and back door, upper right. Tested and ticks and chimes.
