A hand painted animation cel of Bugs and Babs from Warner Bros. Inc. The cel features Bugs and Babs from Tiny Toon Adventures in a wintery scene. The cel has a stamped seal to the lower right and a copyright date of 1990. There is a COA from Warner Bros. Inc. attached to the reverse. The cel is presented behind glass in a rounded black frame with white blue and pink matting; ready to hang.
