Circa 1930 Walnut Sideboard from Alms & Doepke

Item Details

A vintage walnut sideboard by Cincinnati department store Alms & Doepke. This circa 1930 sideboard is beautifully detailed with four carved drawer fronts just under the ogee edge top. The single pull drawer on the far left opens to a burgundy felt lined drawer with utensil dividers, while the remaining three drawer pulls open to a single drawer on the right. Drawers are finished with dovetail construction, Victorian style brass pulls, and detailed carvings. The four doors of the lower cabinet are detailed with a carved triangular design, and open to reveal three pull out drawers on the left and a single shelf on the right. The walnut sideboard stands on bracket feet, and coordinates with item #15CIN216-004.

Condition

Wear consistent with age and use. Wear to felt liner.
