An early 20th century Japanese sculpture depicting a woman, made of gilt bronze. The hollow cast figure features a female with her hair pulled into a chignon and an ornate robe with one sleeve blowing in the wind. She sits cross legged with a wrapped paper bundle in her left hand and her right hand raised with her palm facing downward.
