Assortment of Antique Sad Irons
Item Details
A set of various irons. These irons are made of cast iron and are called ‘sad’ because it is an English term meaning ‘heavy’. They are of a typical iron design. One iron has an unique wooden handle and one is painted beige. Another is marked ‘OBER CHAGRIN FALLS’. Another is marked ‘ASBESTOS SAD IRON’. Two irons have no markings.
Condition
-overall good. Wear from use and age. One iron is missing the handle.
