A Century studio view camera No. 8A, by the Folmer Schwing division of Eastman Kodak, dating to the first quarter of the 1900s. This beautiful mahogany studio camera is capable of using an 11×14 plate, as well as 8×10 and 5×7 inch plates. Camera has 43’ bellows and 10×10 lens board. The Voigtlander Petzval Model 5, S/N 23330 portrait lens is a gorgeous piece of brass craftsmanship dating to 1848. The lens has fluid and graceful engraving, making it as much of a piece of art as it is a piece of photographic history. Voigtlander lenses are considered some of the highest quality lenses made. The Century Semi-Cetennial Stand No. 2A is included with this unique offering. to make a total studio outfit. Item untested.
