C 1860 J Hollis & Sons Shotgun, London Line Twist

A gorgeous circa 1860 British J. Hollis and Sons 14 gauge side by side shotgun, muzzle loading, percussion-firing, with ‘London Line Twist’ stamped on the top of the barrels, stamped on each lock, with beautifully engraved scrollwork on the locks, hammers, trigger guard and patch box, walnut stock and forestock, replaced ramrod, steel butt, with various assay marks on the underside of the barrels.

Condition

Good, with general wear, appears intact, one spot on the trigger guard has pulled away from the stock slightly
