Louis Icart Erotic Etching
Item Details
A color book plate etching titled Orgy by French artist Louis Icart (1890 – 1950). The print was one in a series of twenty erotic prints illustrating Andrea de Nerciat’s Felicia ou Mes Fredaines, published in 1947. This print depicts a disheveled living room scene where an orgy is in session. The work is pencil signed to the lower right-hand corner, presented behind linen mat, under glass, in a gold tone wooden frame with floral applique detail.
