A vintage dinette set manufactured by B. Brody Seating Company, Chicago Illinois, circa 1970’s. The base of the table is crafted from mixed wood and the top is a wood grain laminate. The table has one leaf and the four chairs are upholstered with an avocado vinyl. Neat Modern retro design. Located in lower level with walkout to the driveway up a slight hill. Bring help, muscle and right sized vehicle on pick-up.
