An 1970s Celestron-8 orange tube telescope, the first high quality optics portable telescope available to consumers. The electrical powered telescope is an an 8’ f/10 Schmidt-Cassegrain, including 6×30 celestron finder scope, 1 1/4×2 celestron barlow, 25mm 1 1/4’ celestron ocular and 1 1/4’ celestron star diagonal. Also included is its tripod. The telescope is stored in a locking storage trunk.
Condition
- appears to be in very good to goo condition, with accessories stored in their original boxes. Appears to have been gently used. The tripod is in good condition with scuffs and tape marks to the legs.
