Item Details
An original oil on canvas painting signed Susana Kaufman to the verso, and simply Susana to the botto right hand corner. The artist has generously provided an inspired landscape, likely located somewhere in the Rockies. The bottom of the canvas is dominated by an earthy red, mass of swirling mountains punctuated with rhythm. The clouds are painted with a similar amount of motion, and a varied colored palette that suggests a sophisticated understanding of color theory. The painting is presented immaculately in a wooden frame with silver gilt and a canvas wrapped border to innermost edge.
Condition
Some slight chipping to frame, mainly at bottom right hand corner.
