Framed Early 20th Century Cincinnati Map
Item Details
A framed vintage map of Cincinnati. The map has a handsome aged appearance in subtle shades of blue and beige and depicts Cincinnati in the early part of the 20th century. The map was printed before Union Terminal was built, when Lincoln Park existed. The Roebling Suspension Bridge is shown to Covington as well as the railroad bridge to Ludlow. Mt. Echo is on the map as well as Water St. on the Cincinnati side. Owner’s plats are noted on the map as well. The map is presented under glass in off white and beige mats and dark wood frame with gadrooned border.
Condition
—good to fair, with fold mark with tears to the center, as well as other tears to areas scattered over map, overall yellowing to map, and minor edge stain to mat
