Pair of Signed Color Tinted Etchings By James Alphege Brewer

A pair of signed color tinted etchings by British artist James Alphege Brewer (British, 1882-1938). One etching is titled ‘The Tower Bridge’ and the other is ‘Westminster’. The etchings are beautifully framed in a goldtone wood frame and ivory mat. James Alphege Brewer was an English artist who did lots of etchings and paintings of cathedrals. He came from an artistic family; his father and brother were also artists. Brewer produced a lot of etchings. many of which were aqua tinted. (hand coloring w/ water color over the etching).
