Item Details
A collection of Hummel figurines and other Hummel collectibles. Included are five figurines. A small girl playing a violin before a lamb and stamped ‘9485 and artist initialed ’34’ and part of the original label. A little boy playing violin to a dog and has part of the original Hummel label. A larger figurine of a girl with a rake and is stamped on the bottom ‘designed by Erich Stauffer 8515’ . A girl that appears to be knitting with a crow on her lap. On the bottom is stamped ’ Made in Occupied Japan’. Last is an unmarked girl with a basket and a letter. A vintage small wall clock with chains and weights. On the front is printed ’ B. Hummel 9743 Ars sacrn’ It appears to be signed under the edge of the clock face ‘Hummel 36’. It features two children under an umbrella. The face is stamped ‘Made in Germany’. inside the back panel: the brass works are stamped ’ J. Engsteler’ Germany no (0) Jewels Unadjusted’. It operates with a key- however no key is included. A white porcelain egg box stamped ’ BH Sister Berta Hummels Originals’ with a smiling girl on a fence. A NIB Goebel Hummel collector bank. An original MJ Hummel candle with original double sided foil tag. A vintage wooden vanity box with a boy playing a horn to lambs. The wooden box is divided in three sections. A collector plate by The Danbury Mint and two oval framed under glass hand embroidered crewelwork pieces. Frames are plastic. A hinged wood purse with Hummels decoupaged on the sides and lid. It is lined in a padded green checkered material.
Condition
all items are in good or very good condition with the exception of the girl with the rake figurine. Her rake has one tine broken and one chip on a flower. The end of the violin is broken on the girl and the boy with the violin had some tiny nicks. The clock is unable to be tested without the key to wind it up.
