A signed Allen Saalburg (1899-1987) folk art serigraph print. A twisting path lined with cows leads between farmhouse and barn in this colorful serigraph print. Signed by Saalburg lower center and is most likely a print from one of the artist’s paintings. Saalburg worked as an illustrator for numerous magazines during the 1920s, including Fortune, Saturday Evening Post, and Vanity Fair, as well as being a well known muralist. Print marked ‘Canal Press Frenchtown, New Jersey’ along lower right and was most likely printed during the 1940s. Displayed in birds eye maple frame behind glass with tan, red, and blue triple mat.

Scratches on frame.
