A Middleby Marshal revolving tray, commercial oven. Founded in 1888, Middleby Marshal has a long history of innovation in the manufacture of ovens. This oven, model 752, features a small door that opens to reveal one of several trays that rotate inside the oven. The oven stands over 7’ tall and just less than 9’ wide.
