German Cuckoo Clock with Swiss Musical movement

Cuckoo Clock. A traditional German Cuckoo clock, in the form of an Alpine cottage, with sweet gingerbread details, a little mill scene on the obverse, with three traditional pine cone shaped weights, acorn detail on the pendulum. All the wonderful carved details are made of wood, with the exception of the hands and the woodcutter himself (he appears to be made of ABS or other plastic material). Label to side reads ‘Swiss Musical movement, Gueissaz Jaccard ’The Woodcutter Boy’.
