Item Details
An L. Maciel Mexican sterling silver tea and coffee service set, including a coffee pot, teapot, creamer and sugar container. The tea and coffee pot feature a lobed body, hinged lid with an acorn finial, arched handle and curved spout. The creamer features a wide pouring spout, lobed body, arched handle and pedestal base. The sugar container is lobed with double handles and pedestal base. A lid is not included. All are marked ‘L. Maciel, Made in Mexico, Sterling 0.925, 1558 9’. The total sterling weight is 61.705 ozt.
Condition
- good to fair. The teapot’s hinged lid is secured by a safety pin. The sugar container does not include its lid. The creamer and sugar container’s pedestal bases are dented. Tarnish.

- for the coffeepot. For the teapot measures 4.25" W, 8.25" H and 8.25" D. The creamer measures 3.5" W, 5.25" H and 5.25" D. The sugar container measures 5.15" W, 4.75" H and 3.5" D. The total sterling weight is 61.705 ozt.
