Item Details
A set of seven framed French lithographs from original etchings by artist F. Gremillet. Known for his work based on this ancient summit village in the French district Montmartre, Gremillet expresses his love of this district with its picturesque corners and old streets with winding lanes. Each lithograph captures the flavor and character of a time past. Art is pencil signed by artist on the lower right, and is thought to be circa 1940s. Each lithograph is mounted under glass in a black and gold tone wood frame and was purchased and framed from Closson’s, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Condition
Consistent with age and use.
