An 1859 Cobridge Staffordshire salt glaze pitcher entitled Harvest. Features hand carved images of laborers scything and gathering wheat in unpainted natural coloring. Maker’s mark lozenge on underside attributing the piece to E&W Walley of Cobridge, Staffordshire, England in 1859 and titling the work Harvest.

Condition

Crack on body repaired with staples. 2.5" chip on lip.
