A limited edition embossed serigraph with foil stamping, titled Samson & Delilah, by Erte (1892-1990). Roman De Tirtoff, known by the pseudonym Erte, is a Russian-born French designer who flourished in many fields including set design, fashion, and the graphic arts, spanning most of the 20th century. This fantastic embossed serigraph on paper by Erte was designed in bold tones from the classic story in the Bible’s Book of Judges. The serigraph is numbered 157/300 on the left, and pencil signed by artist on the right. Samson & Delilah is mounted under glass in a smooth gold tone frame with a white mat. This is a wonderful opportunity to own such timeless art.
