A grand 131-piece collection of sterling silver flatware by Wallace in the Grand Baroque pattern. Each piece features intricate sterling metalwork with a scroll and floral motif an is not monogrammed. The collection includes twelve ten-piece place settings and ten additional serving utensils. Each piece is ornately sculpted and decorated with the Louis XV Rococo inspired pattern with scrolling acanthus leaves and tiny flowers to the handles with detail flowing through to the utensil with scalloped edges and repousse trim. The ten-piece place settings include: twelve dinner forks, twelve dinner knives, twelve salad forks, twelve butter knives, twelve round cream soup spoons, fourteen oval spoons, twelve steak knives, twelve cocktail forks, twelve ice cream forks, and eleven demitasse spoons. Serveware items include: serving spoon, pierced serving spoon, cold meat fork, gravy ladle, cake/pie server, sugar spoon, lemon fork, olive/pickle fork, and master butter knife. This beautiful set comes in a felt-lined wooden silver storage box. A sterling Tolle ‘El Grandee’ baby spoon with a similar pattern is also included with the set.
