A limited edition print of Horrido! – Rall by Les Carter. Horrido!…the war cry of the Luftwaffe fighter pilots when they an enemy aircraft was sighted. The word Horrido was taken from the name of the patron saint of the Luftwaffe fighter pilots, St. Horridus. In over seven hundred aerial combat sorties in which Gunther Rall achieved 275 aerial victories, he called out this warning to his squadron mates numerous times as he led III/JG52 into aviation history as the greatest fighter group ever. This fabulous print is signed by the artist as Gunther Rall. Professionally matted and presented in a blue metal frame. Numbered 413/750.
