A limited edition numbered (156/500) and hand-signed woodblock print, Village House, by Japanese artist Nishijima Katsuyuki (Japan, 1945- ). The artist studied woodblock printmaking in Kyoto, and is among those artists who are successful with subjects of old traditional houses that can still be found around Kyoto. The print has bold colors and composition with a foreground of water and blue sky and mountains to the background. The piece is artist signed to the lower right and is unframed.
