Pierre Bonnard Etching "Jeune fille lisant"

An etching by Pierre Bonnard (French, 1867-1974) entitled Jeune fille lisant. This piece depicts a young girl reading. The plate is crisp featuring the Bonnard monogram in the print. Included with this restrike is a certificate of authenticity from The Collector’s Guild. This is a later edition print circa 1965. Print is double-matted and mounted in brass-faced wood frame. Bonnard is considered to have been the most important ‘pure’ painter of his generation in the tradition of the great colorists such as Delacroix, Gauguin, Redon.
