A vintage wood pedestal desk by Irving & Casson / A.H. Davenport Company. This mid-century style desk is by this Boston Massachusetts firm, known for its furniture produced by furniture makers and interior designers. The desk has v-shaped metal legs, a pedestal on each side, including a pull out surface, shallow drawer, box drawer, and lower hanging file drawer. All drawers include dovetail construction, with modern hardware. There is a center shallow pencil drawer, and lower file drawers include hanging file hardware. (No keys are included.)
