A Hall of Fame souvenir Baseball signed by former Major League Baseball Commissioner Happy Chandler is highlighted in this lot. Chandler signed his name in black. Baseball enclosed in a protective holder. Happy Chandler was the second commissioner of baseball, right after Judge Landis, he was the Governor of Kentucky and a United States Senator.
