A wonderful oil painting of Kareem Abdul – Jabbar is highlighted in this lot. This oil painting was done by an artist from the ToPortraits – Studio, hence the ‘TP’ in white at the lower left corner. Kareem is shown shooting his trademark hook shot, the opposing player is Boston Celtic Center Robert Parish. Kareem played 20 years in the National Basketball League, first with the Milwaukee Bucks and then with the Los Angeles Lakers. He played college basketball for the legendary coach John Wooden at UCLA (University of California at Los Angeles). His awards in basketball are practically endless. He was inducted into basketball’s Hall of Fame in 1995.
