1940s Jack Dempsey Restaurant Postcard
Item Details
A 1940s era Jack Dempsey unused Boxing Post Card is presented in this lot. The image on the front is from a James Montgomery Flagg painting of Jack defeating Jess Willard in a match that took place in 1919. The front is a textured stock; the back of the postcard it says, ‘May I Play Host and Say ’Hello’ to You in My Restaurant Where Food and Friendliness are Knockouts’ Jack Dempsey.
