Antique Eastlake Platform Rocking Chair
Item Details
An elegant, circa 1900, Victorian Eastlake style platform rocking chair with gold upholstery. Made of walnut and decorated with incised hand carvings. It rocks on a wooden platform above metal bands which sits on ceramic casters.
Metal base is embossed ‘A. Hentshel Pat. Pend Cinn O.’
Condition
Upholstery stained and chair appears to lean back more than normal, probably needs adjustment.
