A great lot of mid-century furniture and table. This lot includes a black vinyl sofa and matching loveseat. The furniture features tufted backs, removable cushions, on nicely turned legs. The octagonal table has an oak laminate finish, with a single door that exposes open storage.

These items are located in the basement. There is a walkout but do recommend preview for best sense of removal.

Condition

, while very good structurally, all pieces have been exposed to mildew and a slight amount remains – recommend preview for best sense of condition. The black vinyl is really in excellent condition, otherwise. There is some staining drips to one of the loveseat posts as shown, that may be original to the piece.
