Tucker Corporation Stock Certificate

A stock certificate for the car corporation that never was. The Tucker Corporation, namely Preston Tucker, was indicted on 31 counts of fraud in 1949. Only 51 of his cars were ever produced, none were ever sold at a dealership. This framed certificate with Preston Tucker’s certified facsimile signature is a piece of automotive history. The certificate is from 1947, and is for 100 shares. The certificate is framed along with a picture of the car and an informational caption. Framed in a wooden frame with elaborate mats.
