A vintage Charles Doepke model firetruck with an extendable ladder. Doepke Toys operated out of Rossmoyne, Ohio from 1950-1959. Their popularity during this time was driven by their commitment to realism in model automobiles and construction vehicles. This metal firetruck features decorative decals, including the letters ‘ROSSMOYNE’ along the cab, in honor of the township Doepke Manufacturing moved to in 1950 (Ohio), and a moveable extension ladder.

Condition

Significantly rusted, needs cleaning, extensions ladder is missing chain.
