Haviland & Co. Limoges Gold "Ranson" China

A lovely selection of Haviland & Co. Limoges bone china in the elegant Ranson pattern with gold trim and scalloped edges. This particular variant of the pattern features leaves on the larger serving pieces and at gold handles on sugar, creamer, and cups. Pieces include six 2’ tall flat cups and eleven 5.6’ saucers. Also included are nine 7.5’ bowls and eleven 5’ bowls. Plates include seven 9.75’ dinner plates, twelve 8.5’ luncheon plates, nine 7.5’ salad plates, and ten 6.15’ bread and butter plates. There is also a small 5.8’ tidbit/relish/butter plate with handle.
Condition
There are light utensil marks, light wear to gilded edges, and a few light stains on pieces consistent with age and use. The large platter has a chip on the edge, the butter plate has some stained crazing, and three of the bigger soup bowls have chips on edges. Two of the 5" plates have chips, one of the luncheon size plates has a chip, and two of the large dinner plates have chips. Two of the 7" plates have chips, as does one saucer and two of the smaller berry bowls.
