An original oil on canvas painting by Japanese-American artist Bumpei Usui ( 1898-1994 ), depicting a still-life of flowers with a seascape painted on the verso. The artist’s signature is found on the bottom right corner of the canvas in red paint. The canvas is framed in a metallic finished wood frame.

Condition

Stretched/dented in the lower center of canvas. Scratches to metallic finish on wood frame, revealing red under paint.
