A Cram’s terrestrial 10.5’ desk globe (possibly circa 1950s). Mounted on a solid wood table base, this desk globe features a cast, gilt bronze swimming sea monster with its tail serving as the half meridian ferule. Since the 1860s, the George F. Cram Co. has distinguished themselves with creative mounting and colors, producing some unique globes.
