Boxed Set of Vintage Disney Storybooks

A charming boxed set of four illustrated storybooks by Disney, published under the collective title The Wonderful Worlds of Walt Disney in 1965. The stories are grouped by theme and setting, with the four volumes entitled America, Stories from Other Lands, World of Nature, and Fantasyland. The stories include classic fairytales, folk legends, and tales which were the basis of Disney movies or shorts (e.g. Mary Poppins, the Sword in the Stone, Lady and the Tramp), all with color illustrations or photographs. The books are bound in hardcover and contained in a cardboard box illustrated with Disney characters.
Condition
- minor damage to the edges of the covers, and moderate damage to the box (tearing along the edges, but still intact).
