An adorable pair of Madame Alexander dolls. Hansel and Gretel (of the 1812 book by the Brothers Grimm) are presented on oversized folk art chairs with rush seats. Hansel and Gretel are fully dressed in their finest clothes, both have coordinating blue and red outfits and their original Madame Alexander Storybook Series hang tags, circa 1978.
Condition
There is some foxing on the tags, they are dusty, Gretel is missing a shoe.

6.0" W x 8.0" H x 2.0" D
Measurements are for Gretel, Hansel is similar in size; chairs are 5.5 inches in height.
