Mid-Century Dining Chairs by Lane Furniture

Item Details

A set of four mid-century dining chairs, apparently by Lane Furniture of Altavista, Virginia. These small, maple chairs have a narrow, ‘bow-tie’ shaped horizontal back rail that matches the wood inlay across the wood joints along the rail. The seats of the chairs are upholstered in fabric with an abstract pink and blue pattern. The chairs are supported on elegantly tapered legs. The chairs do not bear the Lane Furniture logo, but are stamped on the bottom with serial numbers ‘060230’ and ‘228 70’.
