SIgned Framed Wildlife Prints by Kentucky Artist Rick Hill

A pair of signed vintage, color offset lithographs of wildlife by two Kentucky artists. Eastern Chipmunks by Kentucky artist Rick Hill (b. 1954) is dated 1975 and depicts a pair of chipmunks. As staff artist for the Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife and cover artist for the official publication Kentucky Afield, Hill has a long history documenting the Commonwealth’s rich wildlife. The other print, Red-Bellied Woodpecker by Larry Felcker, is dated 1975 and depicts the bird enjoying a snack atop a tree stump. Both prints are signed in pencil below the in-plate signature. The prints are double matted and framed in wood.
Condition
Frames show wear consistent with age and use. Back of Rick Hill print is labeled in black marker and has a newspaper cutting about Hill taped to it.
