Late 1800s Columbus Model "A" Gumball Candy Vending Machine

Item Details

A circa late 1800s Columbus model ‘A’ gumball candy vending machine. The round glass globe has the partial decal with instructions that say
‘One Cent Here’ and ‘Then Pull Lever’. The cap and the base are cast iron and have been repainted at some point. There is a slot for the penny and a pull lever. The dispenser front has the star in the circle maker’s logo. The base is marked ‘Patented’. There is a key pad lock to the top of the interior, the lid and the base but no key.

Condition

- has been repainted at some point, no key, wear to decal, globe is off-center to where it should be, wear to dispenser front.
