A Crate & Barrel sleeper style love seat has a pullout twin mattress within. The love seat is a compact, transitional style with rolled arms, a fixed back and removable seat cushion upholstered with a corduroy like micro-fiber taupe fabric; a great neutral for most decors. The sofa rests on four wood feet. The twin sleeper mattress is wrapped in original plastic and it appears to be never used.

• The sleeper is located in the lower level with walkout. Bring plenty of muscle or hire professional movers. Sleeper sofas are heavy.
