A vintage Satsuma lighter and small matching vase with hand painted peacocks surrounded by gorgeous Asian stylized flowers. Lighter top is brass and reads ‘Penguin’, bottom is marked ‘Satsuma’. Small matching vase reads ‘Satsuma Japan’ in red ink on bottom.
