Original Franz Stuck Etching

An original etching by well listed, and finest of fine artists, Franz Von Stuck (1863 – 1928). This etching is unsigned but does feature the artist’s in plate signature to the bottom right hand corner. There have been a great many great image makers in the history of time. There have been very few as prolific, and consistently awe inspiring as Franz Stuck. Stuck was truly a master capturer of human emotion, the exuberance of life, elusiveness of myths, and pure evil. His paintings are among the best ever made, and this etching is exemplary of his hand. This dry point etching features a beautiful woman holding some lilies. The print is presented in a wooden creme colored frame with black border, and a single white mat to edge.
Condition
The frame is thoroughly worn, and the glass badly needs cleaned. The etching appears to be in fine condition however. An incredible addition to any art collection. Don’t let this one get away.
