Qing Dynasty Gold Gilt Kingfisher Feather & Coral Necklace
Item Details
A Qing Dynasty gold gilt sterling silver butterfly pendant adorned with red coral beads at the body and toggle and remnants of iridescent blue kingfisher feathers at the wings. The pendant has a later attached clasp and is suspended from a red coral strand of beads.
Condition
Sadly, many of the kingfisher feathers have chipped of however the antique pendant is still fascinating.
Dimensions
The measurements refer to the pendant. The necklace is 9" in doubled length.
