The "Effortless Exerciser"

Item Details

A 1968 vintage exercise device called the ‘Effortless Exerciser’. Consists of a springy, U-shaped piece of enameled metal, with a triple loop in the curve of the ‘U’, and black-painted wood grips with black leather wrist straps at the ends. An included instructional booklet by the Information Incorporated company of New York describes and illustrates various exercises that can be done with the device. This instructional booklet even contains a 1963 ‘Presidential Message’ from John F. Kennedy on the importance of physical fitness.
