An original watercolor of a an early 20th Century street scene by listed artist Ethelyn Pratt Cobb (1884-1973). The piece is in a white-painted, period wood frame from Leger Galleries of White Plains, New York. Cobb, a native of Indiana, was most active in Buffalo and New York City. She studied in New York City with Frank Vincent DuMond and Arthur Wesley Dow.

- the work itself appears to be in very good condition, the frame has some spots of paint loss.
