An original oil on academy board painting by well listed portraitist Dr. Wesley Kime ( Ohio & California, b. 1929). Easily recognized for his modern sensibility, energetic brush strokes, and effectively suggestive color, the doctor’s paintings speak to sophistication. This portrait features the head and shoulders of a woman in a red dress with gold and diamond necklace. Her lips are slightly tightened as here eyebrows are a bit raised. Signed to the lower left, unframed, and awaiting your choice of presentation.
