A vintage silk scarf from The Museum of American Folk Art featuring a reproduced Birds of Paradise patchwork quilt originally produced by an unknown artist between 1858 and 1863. This beautiful silk scarf depicts a surprisingly modern design of birds, foliage, female figures and two men riding horses named Eclipse and Flying Cloud, as they are labeled on the piece.

- some bleeding of printed colors on to white part of silk, some staining
